Paul undertook a very difficult sale for us when Real Estate was not doing well. He worked tirelessly with us through a bad market and through some very bad luck with buyers (one walked out on the deal an hour before closing). He continued to come up with fresh ideas, and his network of supporting service providers (e.g., R.E. lawyer, home stager) were all excellent.
